GIORGIO BRATO

Designer Giorgio Brato was born into a family of Italian leather craftsmen. In the 2003 S/S season, he took over the family business from his father and established his own brand, Giorgio Brato.
Having amassed nearly 20 years of experience as a leather artisan himself, his unique approach to leather processing has not only earned his creations worldwide acclaim but has also established his brand as a pinnacle in the leather industry.

Giorgio Brato excels in the technique of vegetable tanning, using only resins and natural plant materials instead of chemicals. This method not only develops a natural patina, unique texture, and color changes in the leather but also enhances its softness over time.
